ClickFunnels Integration Tutorial

1. Go to https://dash.carthero.com and go to the Funnels section

2. First, you have to set up a funnel to use with Click Funnels integration. What this does is tell us exactly how to handle your orders and contacts.

 

3. Give your funnel a name

 

4. Select your Hostname

 

5. Give your funnel a custom path

 

6. Add and edit funnel

 

7. Select your Payment Account

 

8. Select your Shopify store under the Fulfillment section

 

9. If you want to sync any new contact information that comes in through your Funnels, you can connect Klaviyo

 

10. Save your funnel

 

11. Next we are going to go to the top right hand corner, and select Settings

 

12. Click on Integrations

 

13. Click on ClickFunnels

 

14. Click on Add ClickFunnels integration

 

15. Give your Click Funnels integration a name

 

16. Select the Funnel with the settings that you want connected to this integration

 

17. Install

 

18. Click on the Installations tab and select the integration you just made

 

19. Copy your Webhook URL, and then head over to Click Funnels

 

20. Go to the funnel you are wanting to integrate, and click on the settings tab

 

21. Scroll down to Webhooks, and click on Manage Your Funnel Webhooks

 

22. Add a New Webhook

 

23. Paste the Webhook URL that you copied from CartHero

 

24. Change your Adaptor to json. It is very important that the adaptor is changed to json or the data will not be read correctly by our systems.

 

25. Create Funnel Webhook

 

26. Now that you have the Webhook added to your Click Funnels Funnel, you can send through a test order.

 

27. Go back to CartHero, and on the left hand side go down to the Product Match Pending section (This is where all of your products in the unmatched state will go, so that you can then match them to products in your catalog, to send over to your fulfillment provider).

 

28. You will then see the product that you sent through. You will need to click on the Change product button.

 

29. Next, you will search for the product that you want to match it to from your catalog, and select it.

 

30. Under Advance Settings, the Bundle Quantities is for if you were selling multiples of that same product (the order will submit as whatever quantity you put in that section).

 

31. Save product match

 

32. Now that we have matched that product, anytime an order comes through with that same product title in the future, that product will automatically stay matched, and we will automatically create an order for that product.

 

33. *Keep in mind that we have a 15 minute delay from the time an order is placed on Click Funnels, before the order is actually built and it is available in the order section, and all the fulfillment and marketing integrations take place.
