Clickfunnels Bundle Feature

Our new bundle feature allows you to sell one single item from Clickfunnels, and when the order comes into CartHero, you will build out a bundle of multiple items from your catalog.

We are going to put this bundle together, and when that one item comes over from Clickfunnels, we are going to break it into multiple pieces of the bundle, and that order is going to be submitted to Shopify or Woocomerrce as all of the single items that make up your bundle.

1. On this test funnel I have created, we will select the item for the bundle (T-shirt + Hat). This is one item on Clickfunnels, that we are selling as a bundle of two different things. Once the order is placed, you can head over to CartHero.

 

2. Click on Pending Product Matches on the left hand side of the page

 

3. Click on Change product, next to the single item that you are wanting to make a bundle item

 

4. Select This is multiple products under Product type

This is the product type you will always want to use for bundles

 

5. Click on Add product to add your first product of your bundle

 

6. Search for and select the first item of your bundle

 

7. Click on Add product

This will add your product to your bundle

 

8. Click on Add product to add the second item of your bundle

 

9. Search for and select the second item for your bundle

 

10. Click on Add product

This will add the second item to your bundle

 

11. Once you have your products added to your bundle, make sure the quantities are accurate for what you are offering in your bundle

 

12. In bundles, the way you can configure an item to show up as a free item, is by using these paid and free badges.

To toggle the items between paid and free, just click on the badge, and it will switch.

All of the money that is paid on the order, is going to show up under the paid item, on the order confirmation. If you have multiple items in your bundle with the paid badge on, the order total will be equally split among the paid items on the order confirmation.

 

13. After all of your items are added to your bundle, and you have your bundle completely configured, you can toggle on this switch

 

14. Save product match, now your product will show up under Activated Bundles

 

15. Keep in mind, that when orders are sent through, it can take 15 minutes from the time the order is placed on Clickfunnels before we submit the order for it.

 

16. If you want to sell this bundle on multiple funnels or in different funnel steps, be sure to use the same product name, so that we will automatically know what the bundle needs to be and we can send it over for fulfillment right away.

If you change the name or make any slight change to the product title, it will show back up in pending product matches, and you will need to reset up any items that are in that bundle.

 

17. After waiting 15 minutes, your order should show up in CartHero under orders.

As you can see, the item that had the paid badge, shows all the order cost, and the item with the free badge, came through as free. This will reflect exactly the same in your fulfillment center.
