Make a new test product in Shopify, and see if the product is showing up in your CartHero catalog. If not, follow these steps:
You will need to re input your API access token and API secret key from Shopify into CartHero. Your new products/changes are not coming into CartHero because of an issue with your secret key.
1. Go to your Shopify account and click on Apps.

2. Click on App and sales channel settings…

3. Click on Develop apps

4. Click on CartHero App

5. Click on API credentials

6. Copy your API key and API secret key

7. Next, head over to your CartHero account and click on settings

8. Click on Integrations

9. Click on Shopify

10. Click on API credentials

11. Paste your API credentials into this section, and save.

12. Make a new test product in Shopify, and see if it shows up in your CartHero catalog
