How to create your first funnel

1. In the left side menu click on Funnel and ALL

 

2. Click on Add funnel

 

3. Give your Funnel a Name

 

4. Select a Hostname from the dropdown

 

5. Give your funnel a path

This will come directly after the /

 

6. Click on Add and edit funnel

 

7. To add an Order step to your funnel click on Add step and select Order

You can only have 1 initial order page per funnel, but you can add as many upsells or downsells as you would like.

 

8. *Optional Customization* Once the step has been added, click on the page title "Order"

 

9. *Optional Customization* Give your page a custom name and path

This path will be the ending of the url directly after the second /

 

10. *Optional Customization* Click on Save step

 

11. Repeat this process to add additional steps to your funnel

Important Note: A downsell is only shown when a customer declines the offer directly above the downsell. If the offer above was accepted, the customer will be directed to the next upsell.

 

12. To rearrange funnel steps you click and hold on the funnel step and drag it to a new position

Note: This will change the order in which pages are shown in your funnel

 

13. In the right sidebar select your payment processor

We also recommend toggling on test mode so that you can fully test your funnel before going live! Be sure to toggle this off when you are ready for live orders.

 

14. In the right sidebar select your fulfillment integration

This tells us which fulfillment integration to use for this funnels orders. (Click here to learn more about fulfillment integrations)

 

15. Click on Save funnel

 

16. Congrats! You just created your first funnel
