Order Confirmations

CartHero doesn’t sent order confirmation emails.

That is handled by your fulfillment center, either Shopify or Woocomerce.

If you don’t want Shopify or Woocomerce to send the receipt on orders coming from CartHero, you can turn off the receipts inside the integration settings.
